The dataset includes the AIA holdings subject to control by the Arpa technicians, according to a schedule defined by the SSPC-Control Programming Support System.This model was drawn up within the Environmental Agencies System and is inspired by indications that emerged at European level.The Piedmont Region, with DGR No 44-3272 of 9 May 2016, entrusted Arpa Piemonte with the planning of AIA controls.The model is based on the identification of parameters assigned to each establishment to assign a total risk index of the holding.Arpa Piemonte each year approves this three-year environmental inspection programme in accordance with Article 29-decies, paragraph 11b of Legislative Decree No 152/2006 Those programmes, in accordance with paragraph 11b below, shall determine the frequency of site visits for each installation subject to AIA, on the basis of an assessment of the environmental risks taking into account at least the following: the potential and actual impacts of the installations concerned on human health and the environment, taking into account the levels and types of emissions, the sensitivity of the local environment and the risk of accidents; the level of compliance with permit conditions; the participation of the operator in the Community eco-management and audit scheme referred to in Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009 (EMAS).
