Historical shops in Trentino

List of shops of historical interest in Trentino, governed by Article 63 of Provincial Law 17/2010 “Discipline of commercial activity”. Historical shops (within the meaning of Article 2 c.1 of [Annex B to Provincial Executive Decision No 539 of 25 March 2011] (http://www.commercio.provincia.tn.it/attivita_commerciale/ac_/incentivi_imprese/normativa/pagina82.html)) are considered to be retail establishments at fixed premises, public establishments providing food and beverages and craft businesses (who carry on the sale of their products), even if they are located outside the [historical places of commerce] (http://dati.trentino.it/dataset/luoghi-storici-del-commercio), which meet the following requirements: + (a) have been operating in the same premises for at least 50 years, and in the same product sector (or related sectors), regardless of any changes in denomination, teaching, management or ownership, a condition that the original characteristics have been maintained the activity; this requirement may be waived in the case of transfer to other premises of the city, provided that the product or service characterisation; + B) presence in the premises, in the furnishings, both internal and external, of elements, instruments, equipment and documents of particular historical, artistic interest, architectural, environmental and cultural, or particularly significant for the local tradition and culture, visible to the public, which offers a clear visibility to the ordinary person, i.e. not possessing particular knowledge techniques and cultural, functional and structural connection with the activity turn and give the sense of a clear rooting in time of that activity.
