Certification of housing suitability It is a document attesting that the dwelling complies with the minimum standards laid down by law for residential housing. In fact, the accommodation must be adequate from a hygienic and sanitary point of view and large enough for the number of people living there. The office carries out on-site inspections or measurements on the floor plan of the house, which will be attached to the application, in order to verify the size of the living space required for the issue of housing suitability certification. The applicant shall apply on an appropriate form available at the office, attaching the required documentation to the office.
