The layer represents the areas subject to constraints for hydrogeological purposes. The delimitation of the perimeter that identifies the hydrogeological link took place starting from the recovery of the documentation (thematic map, acts) of the constraint deriving from the following articles of law: Article 1 of Royal Decree-Law No 3267/23; Article 18 of Law No 991/52; Article 9 of the Technical Rules for the implementation of the IAP.The polygons represent the restricted and exempt zones. As regards wooded areas not already covered by the perimeter areas, Article 182 of Royal Decree No 3267/23 applies. The main purpose of the constraint is to preserve the physical environment and thus to prevent forms of use which could lead to denudation, triggering erosive phenomena, loss of stability, disturbance of the water regime, etc., with the possibility of public damage.
