Pursuant to Article 1 paragraph 32 of Law 190 of 6 November 2012, data relating to the choice of the contractor for the award of works, supplies and services are published, also with reference to the method of selection chosen pursuant to the Code of Public Contracts relating to works, services and supplies, referred to in Legislative Decree No.163 of 12 April 2006. By 31 January of each year, this information shall be published in summary tables for the previous year made freely downloadable in an open standard digital format enabling IT data to be analysed and re-processed, including for statistical purposes.
