Innovation procurements surveyed by the innovative procurement platform.gov

The series contains summary information on innovation procurement for which an Italian administration has the role of ‘procurer’ or ‘proponente’ needs. The field of observation also includes cases where the role of contracting authority is played by a non-Italian entity, as is sometimes the case in projects co-financed by the European Commission. Each challenge, identified within the cycle: needs, consultation or procurement, is classified with reference to the national thematic areas (S3), identified by the National Intelligent Specialisation Strategy (SNSI). The data set is the result of processing carried out, as a result of the activities to monitor the challenges of innovation from the year 2013. The series is updated on a quarterly basis.
