List of construction works 2011

The purpose of this information price list is to define in a uniform manner the services required for public construction works carried out in the Province of Bolzano. The relative prices are medium and informative and as such must be considered in their use, they refer to the main supplies and services for construction works of medium consistency and difficulties, external accommodation and urbanisation works. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared with reference to the average prices of the price to be adapted to the size of the individual contract as follows: — work up to EUR 200,000: application of the average building information prices in force — works over EUR 200,000 up to EUR 1,000,000: lower prices may be provided up to 5 % compared to average information prices — works between EUR 1,000,000 and the Community threshold: lower prices may be expected up to 10 % compared to average information prices — works between the Community threshold and EUR 20,000,000: lower prices may be expected up to 20 % compared to average information prices — works over EUR 20,000,000: prices may be lower than 30 % compared to at average information prices For abnormal cases (work in buildings where you cannot set up a construction site or use machines, or for works in places that are difficult to reach) it will be necessary to determine the prices of the works from time to time, according to the particular local difficulties. Prices refer to “normal” services with average market quotations, in cases of particular difficulty of execution, prices may be adjusted in increase to the particular situation. The price list is divided into categories. The first category refers to the elementary prices of all listed works and includes labour, freight, transport and supply materials; categories 2 to 18 cover works performed for individual building areas. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the yard in compliance with current legislation, regarding the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated by the Circular of 29.8.2006 of the Province of Bolzano distribution 11 (ref. No 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1 % in each individual unit price as resulting from the estimate. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to safety measures on the construction site. The prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services has to resort to other companies. The price collection of this edition was carried out in the period between August and September 2010. Prices do not include VAT.
