List of non-construction civil works 2013

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as prices unit for the most recurrent benefits in the civil sector, excluding works construction. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared by reference the average prices of the price. Prices refer to “normal” services with average market quotations. A change in prices and descriptions of individual positions, if motivated by the designer, can be operated on a case-by-case basis. As far as prices are concerned, the variation can be justified in the presence of particular situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics, particular execution difficulties, predictable difficulty in the installation of the construction site or in the use of machines, difficult reachability of the place of work, etc.). The voices for which it was not possible finding a market price for this edition shows, instead of the price, the indication (---). Unit prices for individual processing include all expenses the construction site in compliance with current legislation, regarding the costs of the safety of it reads. It should also be noted that, as indicated in the Circular of 29.8.2006 Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (recital 11.5 7350), the security costs of law (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1 % in each individual price unitary as resulting from the estimative calculation. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to security measures on construction site. The prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services must be used by other companies. The prices of this edition refer to the period between December 2012 and February 2013. Prices do not include VAT.
