Legislative Decree 33/2013 Art. 37(1) and (2) 1. Without prejudice to other legal advertising obligations and, in in particular, those provided for in Article 1, paragraph 32, of Law 6 November 2012, No 190, each public administration, according to the provisions of Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006 and, in in particular, Articles 63, 65, 66, 122, 124, 206 and 223, the information on reliance and enforcement procedures of works and public works, services and supplies. 2. Public administrations are also required to publish, in the case referred to in Article 57(6) of the Legislative Decree No 163 of 12 April 2006 decides to contract it.
