Dataset description

The list of technical wine tasters DO, DOC and DOCG, established in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of 11.11.2011, is kept at national level and structured on a regional basis. The taster technicians have a relevant degree of study (expert diploma or degree in agriculture, etc.), have proven experience of at least 2 years in the tasting of DOC and/or DOC wines and have been recognised by the CCIAA of the competent territory. Together with other profiles, they constitute the commissions to assess the suitability of wines for DO, DOC, and DOCG certifications.
