Dataset description

The list of expert wine tasters DO, DOC and DOCG, established in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy of 11.11.2011, is held at national level and organised on a regional basis. The expert tasters have participated in dedicated courses organised by officially recognised bodies/organisms, have proven experience, of at least 2 years, in the tasting of DO/DOC and/or DOC wines and have been recognised by the CCIAA of the competent territory. Together with other profiles, they constitute the commissions to assess the suitability of wines for DO, DOC, and DOCG certifications.
