Map of forestry destinations

Vector map of forestry destinations in the woods of Lombardy: the cartography allows to highlight the prevailing function performed by each Lombard forest. The possible functions are: production, protection (soil), naturalistic, tourist-recreational, multifunctional, unclassified. Of course, every forest performs all or almost all functions, but planning is usual to highlight the prevailing function. The paper was obtained from the mosaic of the similar maps contained in the Forest Address Plans, drawn up by regional or natural parks, mountain communities and provinces, approved by the Province of Sondrio or Regine Lombardia.
