Matrix of COVID-19 clinical states sent to ISS — last dispatch

Following are published the data sent from 2021, weekly, every Wednesday, from the Lombardy Region to ISS, aggregating for all start dates symptoms the count of positive SARS-CoV-2 cases for each of the clinical states or combinations of them possible. Note: the data sent to the Istituto Superiore di Sanità contain information of various kinds that are produced by flows received from the Lombard health companies and specifically, for the calculation of the estimate of R(t), the system that manages the reports of suspected cases for infectious diseases is used. It should be noted that published datasets may contain errors of internal consistency due to inaccuracies in the data entry of certain dates by healthcare professionals, who are affected by a comprehensive and articulated data collection process. However, for the purpose of estimating the transmissibility of symptomatic cases with the R(t) index, these data do not contribute to the corresponding calculation as the sum of the renewal equation is limited to 300 days back from today (source ISS: https://www.epicentro.iss.it/coronavirus/open-data/calcolo_rt_italia.zip).
