Quality of bathing water in Basilicata The Basilicata Region has immediately transposed the laws on bathing water (Law 116/08 and the Ministerial Decree of 30 March 2010) working together with the experts of ARPA Basilicata and drafting both the new cartography (approved by specific DGR) and the related adoptions of bathing areas, points and profiles.
