Municipal Regulatory Plan (PRC)

Municipal urban planning is carried out through the municipal master plan (PRC) which is divided into structural provisions, contained in the spatial planning plan (PAT) and in operational provisions, contained in the plan of interventions (PI). The Land Planning Plan (PAT) is the planning tool that outlines the strategic choices of planning and development for the government of the municipal territory, identifying the specific vocations and invariants of a geological, geomorphological, hydrogeological, landscape, environmental, historical-monumental and architectural nature, in accordance with the objectives and guidelines expressed in the territorial planning of the higher level and the needs of the local community. The plan of interventions (PI) is the urban tool that, in coherence and in implementation of the PAT, identifies and regulates the interventions of protection and enhancement, organisation and transformation of the territory while simultaneously planning the implementation of such interventions, their completion, related services and mobility infrastructures.
