Sustainable Development Strategies of the Municipality of Crispiano — Annual Rap 2021 The commitment of the Network of Sustainable Municipalities is reflected in: ● Measure, with a “set” of indicators capable of objectively monitoring, sustainability policies and the effects of local government choices; ● Accompanying municipalities in strategic planning, drafting of “Local Sustainable Development Strategies”, Local Agendas 2030 and DUPs aimed at improving indicators and thus the quality of life and environment of local communities; ● Networking of Municipalities and Unions of Municipalities in order to facilitate the comparison and exchange of experiences, good practices, ideas and projects; ● Help municipalities to seize project funding opportunities through participation in European, national and regional calls, including in relation to priorities and projects included in the NRP; ● Contribute through communication and participation campaigns to raise awareness among citizens, civil society and business about sustainability issues in order to foster community mobilisation; ● Spread the brand name “Network of Sustainable Municipalities” exalting local experiences that with far-sighted government choices improve the quality of life of its citizens; ● Promote high-level training for local administrators and municipal employees on sustainability issues.
