Demarcation of nitrate vulnerable zones of agricultural origin as provided for: — Article 30 of the rules of the Regional Water Protection Plan (PTA) approved by the Legislative Assembly by Decision No 40 of 21 December 2005 (B.U.R. No 20 of 13 February 2006); — regional Executive Decision No 49 of 21 January 2013 on 'Confirming zones vulnerable to nitrates of agricultural origin pursuant to Article 36(7)-ter of Decree-Law No 179 of 18 October 2012, converted into Law No 221 of 17 December 2012.
