The energy performance of a building represents the annual energy requirement required to meet the services of winter and summer air conditioning, water heating for domestic use, ventilation and lighting according to standard uses, depending on the characteristics of location, location, thermal insulation and equipment of the building itself. Buildings are classified from Class A4 to Class G. Buildings are further broken down by year-of-construction class. The dataset in question shows the number of Energy Performance Attestates (APE) distinguished by energy class and by municipality. The update date is indicated within the data.
