Dataset description
The energy performance of a building represents the annual energy needs needed to meet the services of winter and summer air conditioning, water heating for domestic use, ventilation and lighting according to standard uses, depending on the location, location, thermal insulation and equipment of the building itself. Buildings are classified from class A4 to class G. Buildings are further broken down by class of year of construction. The dataset in question contains the number of Energy Performance Certificates (APEs) broken down by intended purpose. The update date is indicated within the data.
