Dataset description

It contains the polygons representing the areas where sandy deposits have been identified and for which intervention concessions have been requested. The name of the area (Name_A) is specified, with an identifier for each Region (e.g. RER_A, Region Emilia-Romagna_A) the concession (given currently not available) and the sheet, with reference to the numbering of the geological cartography of the Italian seas (CarG project at scale 1:250,000) in which these areas are included. The areas were named keeping the letters that had been chosen during the first geophysical and geognostic research campaigns or area: RER_A, RER_B, RER_C, RER_H, RER_I.
