Organisations providing social services

The dataset contains the list of services provided by the Municipality of Milan, either directly or through other managing entities in agreement/contract/accreditation. Information relating to the following aspects shall be associated with each service: characteristics of the managing body (legal form, address, website, email, etc.); activities carried out (name and area of activity, type of service, scope of intervention, areas served, timetables); recipients of the service access requirements; location (typology, name, address, decentralisation area, district and NIL). The figure is updated in November 2014. NOTES: 1) The “neighborhood” refers to a subdivision of the city into portions of territory that reflect the local territorial identity, also used by the Local Police; the “NILs” (local identity cores) are areas built to identify areas that are homogeneous in terms of socio-economic characteristics of the territory, but do not necessarily respect the boundaries of the 9 zones. The territorial subdivisions described above, even if they have similar denominations, do not identify the same portion of territory.
