To substantiate the actions envisaged within Axis 3 — Implementation of horizontal actions for the whole public administration functional to the supervision and the greater efficiency of the decision-making process of the multilevel governance of public investment programmes, to the strengthening of the technical cooperation chain starting from the “Administrative Strengthening Plans” The Municipality of Bologna has foreseen the following lines of action: Line 1 — Strengthening the capacity to build and maintain relations with local stakeholders involved in participatory governance processesLine 2 — Strengthening the capacity of the metropolitan management booth to allocate the resources of the structural funds according to criteria of compliance with the actual needs of the territory and the integration of actionsLine 3 — Efficiency in the management processes of the employment relationship and strengthen the ability to map internal competencesLine 4 — Efficiency and transparency in the preparation of tender documentation processes
