Identification of the river areas that generate landscape constraints corresponding to the reconnaissance and phase 1 of the delimitation of Landscape Heritage within the meaning of Legislative Decree 42/2004, Article 142, paragraph 1, c (rivers, streams, waterways included in the lists provided for in the consolidated text of the provisions of the law on water and electrical installations, approved by Royal Decree No 1775 of 11 December 1933). The reconnaissance and delimitation criteria are based on the document — Landscaping: institutional Cooperation — Activities 1 — Final Report, pp. 27-32, MIBAC (Scala A., 2011).
