The figure is the result of a survey of the archaeological risk carried out in the context of the work to prepare the PPR, and after the adoption of the PPR itself, of the reports received during the observation phase, in line with what was indicated by the meetings of the Technical Committee for the joint elaboration of the Regional Landscape Plan. In particular, the data relating to the mosaicing of the 2002 regulatory plans, which had partly acquired the 1994 Regional Archaeological Charter, were taken into account; the reconnaissance carried out in 2007 for the Regional Spatial Plan and some data relating to recent land-use plans. The information layer does not contain the information that has already merged into the Landscape Plan as Areas of archaeological interest according to the letter m of art. 142 of the Code of Cultural Heritage, as well as the Further contexts are not contained. Some protective measures referred to in Part Two of the Code have also been included in the database in question, which have not been recognised as relevant from the landscape point of view. The data, to be considered in continuous updating and inserted within the Knowledge Framework of the PPR, will gradually be integrated in the phase of adaptation of the PRGC to the PPR and represents a first useful reconnaissance as the starting point for the construction of an information layer on a regional basis.
