Delimitation of the river shaft of rivers, streams and waterways that generate landscape constraints corresponding to the reconnaissance of Landscape Heritage pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004, Art. 142, Comma 1, c (rivers, streams, waterways included in the lists provided for in the consolidated text of the provisions of the Law on water and electrical installations, approved by Royal Decree No 1775 of 11 December 1933). The criteria for reconnaissance and delimitation are those set out in the document — Landscaping: institutional cooperation — Activity 1 — "Final Report, pp. 27-32, MIBAC (Scala A., 2011).
