In the context of the preparation of the contents relating both to the statutory part of the PPR, and to the strategic part, and in particular in connection with the activities carried out to identify the additional contexts relating to goods declared to be of considerable public interest referred to in Article 136 of the Code and for the reconnaissance relating to the Cultural Heritage Network, some panoramic points have been identified, with the aim of defining certain elements ancillary to the protected goods, to safeguard the overall perceptive quality of historical and cultural goods and their storage contexts. The data were processed by means of field inspections and information from the PPR’s online file. The relevant data can be integrated and implemented by the general government in accordance with Article 7 of the NTA Plan (Annex 3 to the PPR) and in accordance with the methods laid down in Article 55 of the NTAs.
