Price list of non-building civil works 2016

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as prices unit for the most recurrent benefits in the civil sector, excluding works construction. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared by reference the average prices of the price. Prices refer to “normal” services with average market quotes. A change in prices and descriptions of individual positions, if motivated by the designer, may be operated on a case-by-case basis. For as far as prices are concerned, the change may be justified in the presence of particular situations related to the construction site (e.g. quantity, ideal logistics, details difficulty of execution, predictable difficulty in the installation of the construction site or in the use of machines, difficult to reach the working location, etc.). The voices for which it has not been possible to find a market price for this the edition shows, instead of the price, the indication (---). Unit prices of individual processing includes all the costs of the yard in compliance with the regulations in force, with regard to the costs of legal security. It is also noted that, as indicated by the Circular of 29.8.2006 of the Province of Bolzano distribution 11 (nr. 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the fixed measure of 1 % in each individual unit price as resulting from the calculation estimative. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to measures of safety at the construction site. The prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services must be used by other companies. The detection of the prices of the this edition was run between January and March 2016. Prices do not include VAT.
