Price list of non-construction civil works 2012

This price list contains the most important elementary prices as well as prices unit for the most recurrent benefits in the civil sector, excluding works construction. The estimation of the costs of individual projects must be prepared with reference to the average prices of the price. A justified change in the prices of individual positions may be carried out on a case-by-case basis in case by the designer (p. e. due to large quantities, ideal logistics, for cases abnormal or in cases of particular difficulty of execution, for work in situations of difficult construction site setting or difficult to use machines, for work in places that are difficult to reach, etc. etc.). For items missing the price, indicated by (---), it was not possible to find a market price for this edition. Prices refer to “normal” services with average market quotations, in cases of particular difficulty of execution, prices can be adjusted in increase to special situation. The unit prices of the individual processes include all the costs of the construction site in compliance with current legislation, regarding the costs of legal security. It should also be noted that, as indicated by the Circular of 29.8.2006 of the Province of Bolzano breakdown 11 (recital 11.5 7350), the costs of legal security (general) are already included in the fixed amount of 1 % in each individual unit price as well as resulting from the estimative calculation. The tenderer must undertake to allocate these amounts to security measures on construction site. Prices also apply to those cases where the contractor for certain services you have to use other companies. The price collection of this edition was carried out during the period between November and December 2011. Prices do not include VAT.
