Proceedings for the application of a party — Year 2014 Lombardy Region (ex. Art. 24 Legislative Decree No 33/2013)

Article 24 of Legislative Decree No 33 of 2013 provides that public authorities are to publish and make available the results of the periodic monitoring relating to compliance with procedural deadlines, relating both to ex officio procedures and to proceedings at the request of a party. In this dataset, broken down by management, the title, the maximum time limit within which it must be concluded by law, the actual average closing times of the procedure, the percentage by which the time limit has been exceeded, the reasons for the reasons for the exceedance and the details of the replacement power are published for each procedure.
