The dataset (points) identifies the punctual limitations, present in the provincial roads, on the transitability of the exceptional transports indicated in Chapter. 7 of Annex ‘A’ to Regional Decree No XI/1341 of 4 March 2019, ‘Guidelines for the exercise of functions relating to authorisations for the movement of exceptional transport, Article 42(6) of Regional Law No 4/4/2012’, second update (to the Guidelines approved by DGR No X/6931 of 24 July 2017 and to the Guidelines approved by DGR No X/7859 of 12 February 2018). Limitations on routes that can be operated by exceptional operating machines, vehicle complexes for the transport of special purpose machinery and vehicles, with a total mass of up to 72 tonnes.
