The dataset (points) identifies the punctual limitations, present in the provincial roads, on the transitability of the exceptional transports indicated in Chapter. 7 of Annex ‘A’ to Regional Decree No XI/1341 of 4 March 2019, ‘Guidelines for the exercise of functions relating to authorisations for the movement of exceptional transport, Article 42(6) of Regional Law No 4/4/2012’, second update (to the Guidelines approved by DGR No X/6931 of 24 July 2017 and to the Guidelines approved by DGR No X/7859 of 12 February 2018). Restrictions on routes that can be operated by vehicles for the transport of poles for electricity, telephone and public lighting lines or other similar equipment, if the conditions laid down in Article 13(2)(B) (d) are met and the transport is carried out for the same purposes of public utility.
