No XI/1341 of 04/03/2019, ‘Guidelines for the exercise of functions relating to authorisations for the movement of exceptional transport, L.R. 4/4/2012, No 6, Article 42’, 2nd update (the Guidelines approved by Decree No X/6931 of 24 July 2017 and the Guidelines approved by Decree-Law No X/7859 of 12 February 2018).
