Identification of the urban tissues of ancient plant as defined in Article 2.13 of the Rules of the Provincial Territorial Plan of the Province of Biella. These historical fabrics are an evolution of the centres indicated in the Charter of Anthropic Environmental Areas and of the Architectural and Urban Heritage of the Piedmont Region, making the following additions to the classification proposed by Article 16 of the N.T.A. of the P.T.R., for Classes B) and C): a) classification as a centre of great regional importance (class A) of the historic centre of Biella, already classified by the Regional Administrative Council; B) classification as centres of major regional importance (class B) of the historic centres of Andorno Micca, Candelo, Magnano, Masserano and Rosazza to supplement the regional list which does not include centres of Biella; C) classification as centres of medium regional importance (class C) of the historic center of Ponderano, in addition to those already classified by the P.T.R. and which are: Bioglio, Campiglia Cervo, Cavaglià, Coggiola, Cossato, Crevacuore, Piedicavallo, Occhieppo Superiore, Salussola, Sordevolo, Support, Trivero, Viverone.
