PTCP 1998 — Art.10 Areas for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the modification of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The areas of finding for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest are defined. characterised by natural, geological, flori-faunistic, ecological, morphological, landscape, agricultural cultivation or by forms of anthropisation of particular value for their historical, formal and cultural significance and for their values of civilisation. These areas, with the exception of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute structural invariant within the meaning of Article 5(6) of Regional Law No 5/95.
