PTCP 1998 — Art.10 Finding areas for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the variant of adaptation of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05). Areas for the establishment of parks, reserves and protected natural areas of local interest are defined as areas characterised by natural, geological, flora-faunistic, ecological, morphological, landscape, agrarian culture or forms of anthropology of particular value for their historical, formal and cultural significance and their values of civilisation. These areas, with the salvation of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute structural invariant within the meaning of paragraph 6 of Article 5 of Law No 5/95.
