PTCP 1998 — Art.11 Fragile areas to be subjected to landscape program — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the variant of adaptation of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05). They are identified as fragile areas to be subject to the Landscape Programme, the parts of open territory characterised by forms of anthropology, testimonies of agricultural crops, natural ecosystems, whose disappearance or depletion would constitute the loss of a significant asset of the community. These parts of the territory, with the salvation of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute structural invariant within the meaning of paragraph 6 of Article 5 of Law No 5/95. They are identified in the Charters of the Territory of scale 1:10.000.
