PTCP 1998 — Art.12 Areas of landscape protection and/or historical-environmental — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998. By Decision of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 n. 1 of 2013 the variant of adaptation of the PTCP was approved pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05. The areas of landscape protection and/or historical-environmental protection are identified in the Charters of the Land Statute of scale 1:10.000. They, with the salvation of the services and equipment referred to in Article 24, constitute structural invariant within the meaning of paragraph 6 of Article 5 of Law No 5/95.
