PTCP 1998 — Art.13 Manufactures and sites of environmental and historical and cultural importance — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the variant of adaptation of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05). In the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10.000 are indicated for purely reconnaissance purposes: the artifacts and sites bound pursuant to Law No 1089 of 1/6/1939, with the exception of those indicated in Article 14, and located outside the inhabited centres; other artefacts and sites of cultural relevance.
