PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the modification of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10,000 show, for purposes of recognition, the areas for mining activities identified and regulated by the Regional Plan for Mining Activities (P.R.A.E.) approved by Presidential Decree No 200 of 7 March 1995, as well as the areas in which there are mining concessions.
