PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/'05). They are provincial and/or regional level services: secondary and vocational training schools; university equipment; medical and hospital equipment; urban sports and recreation complexes, above a user threshold set by the sector plan; equipment for the disposal of municipal solid waste and purification plants; prisons; g) the offices of super-municipal public bodies.
