PTCP 1998 — Art.3 Sensitive areas already vulnerated by flooding phenomena and subject to hydraulic risk — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the variant of adaptation of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05). Sensitive areas are defined as areas characterised by natural or artificial surface drainage networks and/or dynamic, hydraulic, hydrogeological conditions that can cause environmental crises due to flooding, stagnation, pollution and riverbed dynamics. They constitute structural invariant within the meaning of paragraph 6 of Article 5 of Law No 5/95.
