PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15/06/1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10/01/2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the variant of adaptation of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Law No 1/05).
The areas for the containment of the hydraulic risk are identified by the Arno Basin Authority and schematically indicated in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10.000. Their exact identification and intervention regulations are contained in the Plan of Basin of the Arno river pursuant to Law 183/89.
