Dataset description
PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the modification of the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).The areas for the control of hydraulic risk are identified by the Arno Basin Authority and schematically indicated in the Charters of the Statute of the Territory of scale 1:10,000. Their exact identification and intervention regulations are contained in the Arno River Basin Plan pursuant to Law 183/89.
