Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: — the main centres and historical centres, identified on the basis of the perimeters indicated in the municipal plans, or by the name; — the following categories of property subject to architectural constraint, identified in the Territorial Information System for the Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the Region of Tuscany: parks and gardens; villas; castles and defensive structures; religious structures. — the assets subject to archaeological constraint identified in the Territorial Information System for the cultural and landscape heritage of the Tuscany Region; — the landscaping assets specifically identified, as set out in the proposal for a landscape framework of the ITP of the Region of Tuscany; — the areas of environmental country protection as further identified in the existing PTC.
