PTCP 2013 — Framework QC03 Cultural and Landscape Heritage — Metropolitan City of Florence

Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: — the main historical centers and nuclei, identified according to the perimeters reported in the municipal plans, or by means of the name; — the following categories of goods subject to architectural constraints, identified in the Territorial Information System for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the Tuscany Region: parks and gardens; villas; castles and defensive structures; religious structures. — the assets subject to archaeological constraints identified in the Territorial Information System for Cultural and Landscape Heritage of the Tuscany Region; — the landscape assets specifically identified, as set out in the proposal for the landscape regulation of the PIT of the Tuscany Region; — areas of environmental protection as further identified in the current PTC.
