Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No.11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents: — the deposits and resources, as defined in accordance with Regional Law No 78/1998 and identified in the regional plan for extractive activities of the Tuscany Region (PRAER), divided into: sector 1 — materials for industrial use, construction and civil works, as defined in point (a) of Article 2 of Law No 78/1998; sector 2 — ornamental materials, defined as such in Article 2(b) of LR 78/98 and “historical” materials, that is to say of particular importance in the placement of Tuscan stones in construction and art and for monumental restoration; — the quarries, identified on the basis of the census edited by the Centro di Ateneo per i Beni Culturali (CABeC), and classified in: existing; dismissed; historical.
