Dataset description

Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination approved with Delib. C.P. of 10/01/2013 (BURT No 11 of 13/03/2013). The Charter represents the following areas protected by law, defined in accordance with the provisions of Article 142(1) of Legislative Decree No 42/2004 (Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape) and subsequent amendments and additions, as identified in the proposal for a landscape discipline of the PIT of the Tuscany Region: — land at the lakes in a depth of 300 metres from the shoreline; — rivers, streams and waterways included in the lists provided for in the consolidated text of the provisions of the Law on water and electrical installations, approved by Royal Decree No 1775 of 11 December 1933, and the relative banks or feet of the banks for a band of 150 metres each; — mountains exceeding 1,200 metres above sea level; — national or regional parks and reserves, as well as the external protection territories of the parks; — territories covered by forests and forests, even if they have been crossed or damaged by fire and territories subject to reforestation, as defined in Article 2(2) and (6) of Legislative Decree No 227 of 18 May 2001; — areas allocated to agricultural universities and areas encumbered by civic uses; — wetlands included in the list provided for by Presidential Decree No 448 of 13 March 1976; — areas of archaeological interest identified on the date of entry into force of the Code.
