Public stalls for the disabled, made by the Municipality of Lecce at the request of the citizenship, but not in exclusive use (thus freely available). Other stalls, built by the operator of public parking spaces, are excluded, which in the areas charged, at the disposal of the Municipal Administration, has the obligation to devote one every 50 for a fee.
