Dataset description
The dataset contains the details of the replies (*) to the questionnaire for the satisfaction of users using the TARI online reporting service (employment, cessation, change of non-resident occupants and change in property data), activated in May 2021 in compliance with the indications of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, art. 7, c.3 — as amended by Legislative Decree 179/16, art. 8, c.1).
The questionnaire can be completed online by the user after having made the request for the certificate and allows him to express satisfaction with the accessibility, simplicity and effectiveness of the service.The user accesses the questionnaire through a link received by email at the end of the request.
The results of the survey are published monthly on the page https://www.comune.milano.it/comune/amministrazione-trasparente/servizi-erogati/servizi-in-rete.
