the consumer user desks present in the ten provinces of Tuscany The Associations of Consumers and Users can be reached through the network of information and assistance points for the consumer and user citizens: the “Prontoconsumer” network. Established in 2002 with the accreditation of the first 27 branches, and subsequently expanded through a project co-financed by the Ministry of Production Activities, the Prontoconsumer network is currently composed of 91 branches spread throughout the regional territory and managed by the Consumer Associations registered in the Regional List of consumer and user associations.
